Free returns within 90 days

You can request a voluntary return within 90 days after delivery. Return postage is free and no restocking or processing fee is charged. Email contact@edwardashford.co.uk with your order number and proof of purchase.

Condition of voluntary returns

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with their labels and original packaging. Trying an item on indoors is allowed. Gift cards are excluded from the additional voluntary offer. Statutory rights are unaffected.

How to send a return

Our team will email a prepaid return label that you can download and print, together with the correct return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending a voluntary return. Do not send merchandise to our registered office unless our team instructs you to do so. Obtaining return instructions is not a condition for exercising your statutory cancellation rights.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved voluntary refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. If you wish to exchange an item, contact our team to arrange the return and replacement. Return shipping remains free.

UK statutory cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Missing original packaging or a sale price does not remove statutory rights. Refunds under statutory cancellation are made within the applicable legal deadlines, including repayment of the standard delivery charge where paid. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as permitted by law. Any deduction for diminished value is subject to the applicable legal conditions. We also provide free return shipping for statutory cancellations.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect. We cover the necessary return shipping costs and will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the voluntary 90-day offer.
